WHAT'S ON THE PROGRAM
Face yoga exercises that will help you to build symetrical face form, reduce wrinkles, puffiness and other aging signs. Suitable for everyone who wants to achieve youthful face naturally. Program is 5 week long and each week you get new video which you follow for the whole week. Exercises are carefully chosen to affect your face muscles as much as possible. Our faces have uniqe muscle structure, so it´s very important to strictly follow program and not skip videos. This way you will get best resoults.
INSTRUCTIONS
– Program have 5 videos, one video for each week. Videos are named by week, so video WEEK1 is for first week and so on.
– Each video is ment for period from Monday to Saturday following rest day on Sunday. So you should do every video 6times per week and one day off.
– Every new Monday means new video which brings new exercises.
